Our Story

There's something about the love of pastry and passion for

sweets that runs deep in my family.

From a young age, my family has craved delicious desserts, and this passion for baking was the beginning of my journey

I started learning the ropes from YouTube, but it wasn't enough.

There was a lot of trial and error involved before I finally stumbled upon an Ad on Facebook that would change my life.

And with my youngest daughter starting school, I took the leap of faith and signed up for a cake decorating class, and that marked the beginning of a whole new world for me. Cakes, cookies, pastries, but most importantly, CHOCOLATE.

I knew this was what I wanted to do.

Driven by passion, and for years long live learned from the best in the chocolate world, including the likes of Kriss Harvey, Martin Diaz, Alexandre Boudreaux, and Melissa Coppel.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of my husband and family. And so, the ((Chocolate Parade)) was born and is here to take you to an unforgettable chocolate experience.
